Gewinkelte Dunkelfeldbeleuchtung

Die FLDR-LA3-Serie ist den Dunkelfeld-Beleuchtungen zuzuordnen. Ihre LEDs sind, je nach Beleuchtungsgröße, in einem Winkel zwischen 60° und 75° zur Horizontalen angebracht. Der flache Abstrahlwinkel ermöglicht die Ausleuchtung
von Objekten, ohne eine Totalreflexion in Richtung der Kamera zu erzeugen.
An Kanten, Kratzern oder Gravuren hingegen, wird das Licht direkt zum Sensor der Kamera geworfen. Auf Grund der enormen Beleuchtungsstärke in Kombination mit dem flach ausgestrahlten und breit gestreuten Licht, ist die FLDR-LA3-Serie sehr flexibel einsetzbar.


Anwendungsbeispiele:
Die LA3-Serie findet ihre Anwendung überwiegend in der Oberflächeninspektion.
Kratzer, Gravuren oder Kanten von und auf Objekten, werden durch das flach einfallende Licht hervorgehoben.
Die enorme Lichtleistung und der flache Abstrahlwinkel ermöglichen im UV-Bereich das Ausleuchten verhältnismäßig großer Flächen. So werden unsichtbare Barcodes, Typenbezeichnungen oder Sicherheitsmerkmale gerne mit diesem
Beleuchtungstyp kontrolliert.
