Ring lights are available in various angles and wavelengths. Each angle creates different illumination of the test object. Depending on the light incidence, image information is highlighted and reflected to the camera sensor, or contrast is reduced to avoid unwanted reflections. Ring lights are particularly suitable for circular objects and can be easily mounted on camera lenses.
In addition to the standard version, various other versions are available for each series, including HighPower, 4 or 8 segments, Multicolor, and RGB.
The LEDs are arranged vertically and illuminate the area to be inspected directly.
Uniform illumination of flat, preferably matte surfaces. Inspection of round objects.
Type: Front light
Angle: Direct
The angle prevents shadow formation and provides strong light focusing.
At working distances above the focal point, the light rays intersect, allowing for even illumination of larger work areas.
Type: Front light
Angle: Angled
Minimizes reflections and emphasizes surface details.
Illuminates the surface while simultaneously inspecting contours and elevations.
Suitable for transmitted light to detect small scratches or cracks on glass surfaces.
Type: Front light
Angle: Darkfield angled
Horizontal light creates shadows and emphasizes visible structures that refract or reflect light.
Used for inspecting surface scratches, cracks, or engravings; for edge enhancement on objects or contour measurements.
Type: Front light
Angle: Darkfield horizontal
