Illumination Ringlight

Ring lights, incident & dark field

Ringlights
  • Ring lights are available in various angles and wavelengths.
  • Each angle creates different illumination of the test object.
  • Light incidence affects image information and reflections to the camera sensor.
  • Suitable for circular objects.
  • Easy to mount on camera lenses.
  • Various versions available: HighPower, 4 or 8 segments, Multicolor, and RGB in each series.

Ring lights are available in various angles and wavelengths. Each angle creates different illumination of the test object. Depending on the light incidence, image information is highlighted and reflected to the camera sensor, or contrast is reduced to avoid unwanted reflections. Ring lights are particularly suitable for circular objects and can be easily mounted on camera lenses.

In addition to the standard version, various other versions are available for each series, including HighPower, 4 or 8 segments, Multicolor, and RGB.

Ring Light Direct Type

FLDR-A
LED Angle
Working Distance
5-250 mm
Dimensions
Ø 37 - Ø 426 mm

The LEDs are arranged vertically and illuminate the area to be inspected directly.

Uniform illumination of flat, preferably matte surfaces. Inspection of round objects.

Type: Front light

Angle: Direct

Ring Light Direct Angle

FLDR-B
LED Angle
19° - 45°
Working Distance
0 - 100 mm
Dimensions
Ø 20 - Ø 430 mm

The angle prevents shadow formation and provides strong light focusing.

At working distances above the focal point, the light rays intersect, allowing for even illumination of larger work areas.

Type: Front light

Angle: Angled

Angled front light

FLDR-LA3
LED Angle
60° - 75°
Working Distance
0 - 30 mm
Dimensions
Ø 20 - Ø 467 mm

Minimizes reflections and emphasizes surface details.

Illuminates the surface while simultaneously inspecting contours and elevations.

Suitable for transmitted light to detect small scratches or cracks on glass surfaces.

Type: Front light

Angle: Darkfield angled

Horizontal darkfield light

FLDR-LA1
LED Angle
90°
Working Distance
0 - 20 mm
Dimensions
Ø 31 - Ø 346 mm

Horizontal light creates shadows and emphasizes visible structures that refract or reflect light.

Used for inspecting surface scratches, cracks, or engravings; for edge enhancement on objects or contour measurements.

Type: Front light

Angle: Darkfield horizontal
